The Beast has changed Everything!
Since the introduction of “The Beast” the worlds first progressive rake race, Cash Ring Game traffic has flourished on ACR.
The Beast on Americas Cardroom Hit over $100,000 in total prizes on July 12th
Now that the interest to play on ACR has been awakened, Many players have wondered,
What kind of buy-ins are needed to play the Cash Ring Games on ACR?
All Beast Qualified games are Highlighted in Blue and have the JP by the game name on the Ring Game lobby.
Any ring game in black is not a Beast game, you will know what we are talking about, because the games in Black have almost no player traffic.
Traffic has become Outstanding on all JP labeled ring games up to the $2/$4 limits, we honestly haven’t seen anything like this on ACR before,
The Beast has drawn more Players than ever before to Americas Cardroom!!!!!!
The addition of Players from Black Chip Pokers move to the Winning Poker Network in December of 2012 has also dramatically increased Ring Game Traffic.
Cash games on all limits up the $2 /$4 range are extremely busy, you may even have to sign a waiting list (unheard of on ACR in the pre-Beast era) to sit in!
Ring Game Limits and Buy-ins on ACR
2c/5c Cash Game Buy-ins
All Buy-ins are $1, with a max of $5. This is for 6max and 9 player tables.
5c/10c Cash Game Buy-ins
Short buy-in $1 -$1 max for 9 handed and $2/$5 for all others.
(2c/5c and 10c/25c games are not eligible for the Beast, but 27% rake back is available+ deposit bonus+points earned will still be paid for players at the 2c/5c level.)
New: Capped Ring games are now available on ACR.
When you play a Capped Table Betting is limited for all players to 30X the Big Bet, you cannot lose more than than that cap on any one hand.
For example a 5/10c Holdem Cap table the max amount anyone can bet on any one hand is $3, the Cap amount changes as you play so whenever you hit the Cap, your hand is treated as a All-in.
No large stacked player can overwhelm any Cap table with outrageous bets to force folds by short stacked players.
Fixed Limit Ring Game Rake:
ACR recently made a dramatic change in their fixed limit rake structure by lowering the rake on all FLHE tables.
Here is a chart with all the new rake limits.
