The original 14 states seeking Poker Freedom

We have compiled a list of articles showing the 14 States that have shown an interest in the legalization of Internet poker.

The December 23, 2011 Dept. of Justice ruling on the 1961 wire act has created a frenzy of States wanting to take advantage of On-line gaming revenues.

To date only Nevada has actually legalized and developed rules and regulations. Nevada is taking and considering applicants and will be the 1st U.S. State to allow Poker play on the internet.
